Type: Cross Stitch Fabric
100% Cotton Aida. Color is overdyed with a background color similar to DMC to 762. A fair amount of contrast between colors on this fabric. This is an HD fabric. HD means Hand Dyed mottled effect. HD fabrics have been surface treated with digital textile printing using pigment inks to give a hand dyed effect. More consistent in color and pattern than hand dyed. One side is in color; the reverse side is white. Colorfast and lightfast in all but the most vibrant colors, such as orange. May be hand washed in cool water as recommended for needlework.

Great fabric not only for Halloween but I've used it for some patriotic stitching as well. Love Fabric Flair cloth -- easy to use especially since I do stitching in hand.

I like Fabric Flair aida fabrics. This one had shades of medium and dark gray in it. It was a nice change from solid grays.

I was expecting a lightly mottled gray background but the fabric was much darker overall than expected.

I love the color of this fabric, its very beautiful and Im using it for a Christmas cross stitch and it makes the picture look real...

I was so disappointed! The fabric I received is brown, not the gray that is shown. I realize dyed images are not always whats shown on the computer. All is not lost though, the brown will work into another project. In the mean time, I'm going to get my dye stuff together and do my own gray fabric.

It wasn't as dark as I would have liked it, more like a gunmetal. But it was my fault and I am sure I will find use for it. I'll keep looking for the gunmetal. Take care! Louise

This is a very nice fabric. The color variations are just what I hoped they would be. I am so happy that there are "Vintage" looking fabrics out there in 14 and 16 count that look really good. Sometimes you don't feel like stitching over 2 threads.
