She sells quality inventory. And her customer service is the best of any website I shop with. She is a very knowledgeable owner and can give great advice. I have never had an error with any items that I have ordered (and I've been ordering from her for MANY years now ). She has never made a mistake with any of my orders. Once an item arrived broken in the mail. The post office was too rough with the item. She had a replacement item on the way to me within 24 hours and she was a pleasure to deal with. She is very accurate. Sometimes I will order 50 different colors of floss for a project and she NEVER makes a mistake! I completely trust her and her website. She does not sell inferior products.
