She sells quality inventory. And her customer service is the best of any website I shop with. She is a very knowledgeable owner and can give great advice. I have never had an error with any items that I have ordered (and I've been ordering from her for MANY years now ). She has never made a mistake with any of my orders. Once an item arrived broken in the mail. The post office was too rough with the item. She had a replacement item on the way to me within 24 hours and she was a pleasure to deal with. She is very accurate. Sometimes I will order 50 different colors of floss for a project and she NEVER makes a mistake! I completely trust her and her website. She does not sell inferior products. If it's on her website you can trust the product will be top quality. Whether it be aida fabric or stitching tools or pre-made products to stitch.
