This pattern is a collaboration piece for XStitch the Rainbow - Beneath the Waves. After seeing the lovely color palette for this year, I immediately thought of a clown fish in an anemone. For the design of the anemone, I wanted to create a border sampler feel. I stitched my little clown fish on a purple linen, but you can take inspiration from the many other designs in this collaboration for your fabric choice!

Stitched on 40 count Fiber on a Whim "hydrangea" linen using the XStitch the Rainbow 2026 thread pack by Cottage Garden Threads. Stitch count is 60 x 60. Finished size is 3" x 3".
