Inspired by the contrast between the faded time-worn fronts and brightly colored backs of antique samplers.

Stitched on 40 ct Fiber on a Whim "Persimmon" linen using all DMC, one strand over two. Stitch count is 179 x 140 with a finished size of 8.95" x 7".
