The birds in this design are inspired by the Pacific wren. The three birds have a geometric patterning and some unusual colors. Two of the birds feature colors loosely based on the natural colors of the Pacific wren, while the final bird has a pink hue. I originally imagined this piece to commemorate my daughter's first favorite color - pink.

Stitched on 40 count linen using all DMC. Stitch count is 110 x 234. Finished size is 5.5" x 11.7".
