Jen Kingwell's Baptist Fan Quilting Ruler will help you get pristine results from your hand or machine quilting. Put a stiletto in one of the corner holes to keep the ruler in place, then place a marking tool in one of the pre-made holes then pivot ruler with the marking tool for consistent baptist fan, clamshell or circle outlines.

Ruler is made of thick, clear acrylic and is 5.75" x 9.25". Has 19 holes to place the marking tool and the space between holes is 0.75" on one side and 1" on the other side.

All you receive is a short plastic ruler with holes in it. Easy DIY. Also there were no instructions that came with it. You have to scan a QR Code and watch a video to learn how it works. So sorry I paid so much money for this.
