I usually don't embellish my stitching, but recently did a kit by Lizzie Kate that had buttons, and I must say, it really adds something nice to a finish. I still don't like the idea of too many button -- I think it overshadows the stitching, but as an accent it is very sweet. This tiny bird will be just perfect on my Little Sheep Virtues project I have just finished.
