This design is a reproduction of an antique theorem from the early 1800's I found in Pennsylvania. I found it at an outdoor antique market in 20-degree weather with crazy cold winds blowing! I couldn't take my eyes off of it and knew immediately what I wanted to do. It HAD to become a sampler! The process was quite a task, but I loved every moment of it!

It is stitched on 40-Count linen using Needlepoint Silks. Stitch count is 138 x 174. Finished size is 6.9" x 8.7".
