from United States on 09/28/2020 - CHICKEN FAMILY I started the Chicken Family for my daughter as she loves chickens and will soon have her own to take care of. Unfortunately, I ran out of a few colors and contacted you. You gave me the email address of the company that makes it. Verachtert. I contacted them back in June and they said they would be sending me the floss. I finally got it the last week in September. Of course, being that it came from Germany and the COVID-19, am guessing that is why it took so long to get here. Now I am gonna have to wait possibly a month before I can finish it as I had to have cataract surgery on both eyes. Now I am just waiting for them to heal so I can get me a new pair of glasses so that I see everything a lot clearer. The surgery helped but I still need glasses!! No problem though. I can't wait to get back to my cross stitching as soon as possible!!!!
