from United States on 10/09/2013 - Sparkley Counted Cross Stitch I have been using all types of Kreinik formerly Balger metallics for more years than I can count. They add contrast and sparkle. I usually use them by themselves without embroidery floss on the needle. For ease of use I slip knot the filament onto my needle. The blending filament is my favorite because I can use as many strands as I want. The little guys in our family certain like their Christmas stockings which have a lot of sparkley filament on them.
