I like this braid, but note that I've only been playing with it for ornaments. It's more subtle than the photo suggests. As with all metallic braids, it helps to seal the ends a bit with beeswax, and use one of the synthetic thread conditioners Thread Heaven, Thread Magic to help the thread go through your fabric.
