The filament itself is fine to stitch with but when I received it ,the thread was wound around a cardboard card and no tail was easy to find . I actually had to cut into the thread to get it started. I ended up wasting a lot of thread.When they package it,they really need to create a slot to hold the starting thread.

I have used other metallic threads and have always been disappointed. Kreinik is, without a doubt, the best metallic thread. It is much easier to use, tangles far less and looks beautiful.
