Use Filament by itself or combined with other threads and yarns for a random highlighting effect. Extremely popular for cross stitch, but also used for highlights in needlepoint. It can be used by itself in backstitching for beautiful blackwork-style stitching. Can be used as a carry-along thread to add highlights to knitting, weaving and crochet.

Available in basic colors plus glow-in-the-dark (F), hi lustre (HL), vintage or antiqued (V), and holographic (L). Comes cards. Available on 50 yard (45.7 meter) cards.

I wanted to let you all know that the glow in the dark blending filament really does glow, really well! I purchased two of these, one for myself and one for my niece who is getting back into cross-stitching. She is working on a pattern of a line of owls sitting on a branch, and their eyes are to be done with this thread- wonderful! I did experiment with it a bit to get the most from it, and found on 14 ct. fabric, 1 strand of reg. thread and 2 strands of the filament worked best.
