I haven’t gotten very far, but as with Long Dogs other monochromatic patterns suggesting one color, this one is equally beautiful. I still favor A Pot 4 Dickie as my favorite of all Long Dog to stitch. I liked that this pattern photo appears to use a paler blue than usual. Rather than using a deep blue, I chose DMC 158, it looks great. We gift ourselves to others and with every pattern we stitch. After 50 years, I’ll never tire of samplers.
from United States on 05/31/2018 - Love this I bought this because of the verse and the motifs that show up because of leaving them unstitched and filling in the space around them. Have not started it yet. Do have fabric and a beautifuk silk from Silks4U for it.
from United States on 01/27/2014 - Just what I needed I am going to a lesbian wedding in July, and I was looking for something to stitch as a wedding gift. I stumbled onto this pattern that has 2 women in it and a beautiful message at the top. I couldn't believe I found it! So perfect! I will be using 3 colors the wedding theme colors and 18 ct aida fabric so that stitching will be quick since there won't be lots of color changes. Love the design!
