Even though I don't use the Aida that comes in the kit, your cuts of linen are a perfect replacement. I love these little elephant baby announcements. I've made one for a boy and am working on this one for an expected girl who is arriving shortly. I wish the kits would offer a linen alternative, but I can cope with that! Great product.
