You can customize the doll by replacing the flag area with either a quilting pattern or cross stitch pattern of their own making to create an "Early American stitching lady" version of the Betsy doll. Pattern is stitched on 28 ct Light Mocha using DMC, Weeks Dye Works, and Gentle Arts threads. Stitch count is 113 x 187.
