To add to my growing flock of birds, this piece was adapted from a French antique in my collection. The original has been adapted to simplify the colour palette and make the birds more vibrant. The original stitcher's name has been charted for those who want to include it.
Model stitched on 36-ct "Serial Starter" by Number12StitchCo (an aged pink) using overdyes. Stitched with Gentle Arts, Classic Colorworks, and Weeks Dye Works threads. Full DMC conversion provided. Full crosses over 2 only. Stitch count: 169w x 121h. Finished size on 36 ct is 9.39" x 6.72".
