Soon after, I learned about the legend of the cardinal and how cardinals are loved ones visiting after they have passed on. My husband and I experienced three significant losses in our families in 2022 and. I find comfort in thinking that my two aunts and husband's grandmother are visiting us and designed this pattern with them in mind. I hope this pattern brings other stitchers comfort, especially those who have experienced the loss of a loved one(s).

I chose this design because I loved the phrase and because my mom loved Cardinals. So I'm stitching this in memory of my mom and plan on framing it with no mat. It's been a JOY stitching this! ❤️
