I used to make a lot more jams and jellies than I do these days. But the full bloom of summer always makes me think about making preserves. Summer Jam is my little tribute to those summer days. All the bowls and baskets of fruit, the steamy kitchen as the jam cooks, and the beautiful little jewel-like jars that are the result. Love those jars!
