This piece was designed for the more advanced stitcher using petit point, full cross and grass stitches.
The model was stitched on fat 16th 32 count Eucalyptus Forest linen by Paddock Lane Designs using Cottage Garden Threads and DMC. Stitch count 82x64.

Note from designer "I have known since I started this Cottage series that my Summer design, the third in the series, would be based on beach cottages. The pretty blues and turquoises make me think of the Gulf of Mexico and the bright coral colors are the perfect contrast!"

Fall Cottages brings us to the last Cottage in this series and uses the warm browns and golds of late autumn, when the bright colors are almost gone. The squirrels are racing to fill up their bellies and nests with acorns and other goodies to help them get through the winter.
Model stitched over 2 threads on 36 Ct. Patriot's Brew by R&R Reproductions with Classic Colorworks and Weeks Dye Works floss. Stitch Count: 112 x 83. Finished size is 6.22 in wide X 4.61 in high.
