The color of this fabric is very light and soft. It almost looks white in certain lighting, but it definitely a shade of pink. It will work beautifully for the project I purchased it for.

Hand-dyed Lugana fabric beautifully accepts the dye resulting in soft mottling. It is my favorite type of hand-dyed fabric for the vintage patterns I love to stitch. It enhances any pattern I choose to stitch.

I don't live at the end of the world, . . . ., but you can see it from here. The locale is rural and the towns are small. We don't have the population base for all the big stores to want to set up around here. It's great to have the source, 123Stitch.com. I can have access to all the unique fabrics, threads & tools normally only available in bigger towns & cities. Thank you for your mail-order service. The fabric I ordered is perfect for the project I'm starting.
