Love the color. It worked perfectly for a pattern that called for 18th Century Rook that wasn’t available. The Ale would be perfect for Halloween patterns too!

Was to be 13"x17" piece of linen, it was not even 12 1/2" wide including the bias. Linen itself was fine.

This is perfect for a lot of primitive designs. It's dark enough that whites show up beautifully on it but it's still a light color. Beautiful but subtle mottling.
