from United States on 11/23/2015 - Beautiful Project This lovely design from Paulette Stewart has been a wonderful change of pace for me. I loved the design, but didn't want the Halloween theme. Because of her design I was able to switch out the which for a woman, and the Ghoultide Welcome for An Autumn Welcome. It fit perfectly in the space. Beautiful Autumnal and Thanksgiving themed designs are hard to find, but this one, once modified fit the bill.I would like to give you a heads up. The house and vine use the same color. I'm currently stitching with two threads over two on 32 count. I'm estimating I'll use at least four skeins of DMC 3371 NPI 588 or five. This could be a game changer If I were actually using silks.
from United States on 09/24/2014 - A Must Stitch Enjoy the charts from Plum Street Samplers. This one is a must stitch and has gone to the top of my "to do" stack. The designs are complex looking but easy to stitch. I don't always use the silk floss as suggested. This one is an exception...worth the extra expense for the design.
