I love the idea of featuring cute animals as gingerbread cookies for the holiday season. I wanted to create a gingerbread cookie in the shape of a jumping bunny. Gingerbread is made with honey and all I wanted to do was create a cute jumping gingerbread honey bunny.

The models for the Brown and Blue Hares were stitched on 40 count Old Massachusetts Linen by The Primitive hare using DMC thread, and the model for the Hare Head was stitched on 40 count Boleyn Linen by The Primitive Hare also using DMC thread. The stitch count for each of the patterns is 155 x 249.
