A reprint of a previously discontinued design. Models were all stitched over two on 32 Ct. Lambswool using DMC floss. Sampler Stitch count 153x70. Autumn Foursome stitch count 74x72 and individual Ornaments stitch count 30x34. Finished size is 9.56 in wide X 4.38 in high, 4.63 in wide X 4.5 in high, 1.88 in wide X 2.13 in high.

Very enjoyable stitch. However, the cheap reproduction of this lovely pattern is a disappointment. The actual design, though, is wonderful.

I had a lot of fun stitching this, and the chart was easy to read. Instructions for the backstitching fence in the little house square and straight stitches leaf stem are printed on the side of the instructions, running up the page. I couldn't find them at first. I also didn't realize that you can substitute any of the designs from the "Autumn Foursome" design for the barn in the square. I still love it, though. I substituted some hand-dyed threads from other projects for some of the DMC colors, and I'm really happy with the end result.

I love Prairie Schooler designs. The colors are really nice and they are fun to stitch. I haven't gotten to this one yet,but if it is like the other designs from Prairie Schooler, I know I will enjoy working on it.
