After reading my review below, 123stitch sent me a follow up response and was very willing to resolve the problem. I would certainly continue to order from 123stitch in the future.

The print quality of the pattern is not clear and sharp. The floss icons are tiny and blurry. I've had to scan in the pattern on my computer and enlarge each section, particularly the floss list where the floss icons are shown. This is my first pattern from Prairie Schooler and I have always heard how good the charts are. This new version of the original pattern is awful. I don't think I will enjoy it enough to even start it. I'm quite disappointed.
