Lisa Bongean has designed a set of rulers to cut multiple 3/16" stems for wool applique...WHY 3/16"? If you want your wool stems to be 1/4" for your design we cut them 3/16" and then after they are stitched they look 1/4". The rulers have a right and left hand side. If you wish to cut 6 - 3/16" stems you would cut a clean edge, line your ruler up on the 6 and then proceed to cut and slide the ruler until all the stems are cut without lifting and re-aligning after just one cut.
