from United States on 12/04/2017 - Q-Snap clamps that hold tight Ordered more of these Q-Snap clamps when I decided to increase the number of cross stitch projects I would have 'in progress'. These clamps are great! They hold reasonably tight but if they should loosen, give the clamp a little turn and it retightens.These clamps are well built they withstand the clamping pressure on them from my Lowery floor stand metal clamp that holds my Q-Snap frame.
from United States on 10/21/2016 - 17 x 17 Q-Snap CLAMPS Two of the clamps for my 17 x 17 inch Q-Snap frame started to not hold the fabric on my present project. Every 5 minutes I was engaged in a battle to get two of the clamps to keep the fabric taut. I suspect these two clamps were part of a cheap generic Q-Snap frame I had bought and then thrown out because of quality issues. When my two new Clamps from Q-Snaps have the Q-Snap name on the packaging were delivered, I immediately threw the unusable clamps out and replaced with the two newClamps which have continuously held my project taut. My lesson learned- stick with the actual labeled "Q-Snaps" merchandise.Thank You 123Stitch for providing Q-Snap merchandise on your website. I'll never go "generic" again!
