Suzy's Peony Pincushion This design was inspired by stories my mother told me. My great uncle was a peony farmer, and he would bring my mom bouquets of peonies so large she could barely wrap her arms around them. These bouquets made her feel so special as a little girl, and continued to be one of her favorite flowers throughout her life. This chart includes a full alphabet to help the stitcher personalize their pincushion.
Pattern is stitched on the fabric of you choice! Stitch count is 70 x 86.
Model stitched on 35 Ct. Parchment linen by Weeks Dye Works with Gentle Art Sampler threads, Weeks Dye Works floss, and Mill Hill Beads. Stitch Count: 69x69. Design is shown finished in a 4" round pincushion by Lone Elm Lane.
