I am using the fabric for needle painting embroidery and it is working out well. I washed it to remove any sizing and then used water paints on the fabric for a light wash of sky and green grass. The fabric was then pressed with a hot iron to set the paint and tacked to a wooden frame along with a second piece for stability. The fabric is strong enough to accommodate the needle painting. This has turned out to be excellent quality fabric - I'm very happy with it.
