This floss is hard to work with, and the result is not much shinier than regular 310 DMC floss. Not worth the trouble to me.

The DMC S310 gives a very smooth, gloss finish and when combined with DMC Light Effects E310, a whole new dimension to the design appearance. Give the product a try...you'll be happy you did.

DMC Satin floss adds a nice texture variation to embroidery projects. Has a nice sheen which contrasts well with the more matte cotton floss. DMC satin floss is top quality, I've used it for years.
