Prewound MonoPoly bobbins are made from polyester not nylon. MonoPoly monofilament has a reduced sheen, is heat resistant iron and dryer safe (both on medium heat), will not become brittle over time, will not discolor, it is strong with low stretch, stays soft and pliable. Needlepoint Silk is reeled, not spun, making the filaments longer and of higher quality. They manufacture their own silk, allowing them to maintain quality and insure availability. 5 meters, 8 ply.

Hand-dyed 3 strand pima cotton with the same versatility as Persian wool. For needlepoint use one ply on 18 count, two plies on 13 count canvas. Use one ply for cross stitch on 11-20 count fabric, or cross stitch over two threads on 18 count fabric. Quilters use for big stitch, tied quilts, crazy quilts. 10 yard skein.

Gloriana Princess Perle is an exceptionally lustrous and shiny three ply, non-divisible perle thread ideal for 18 count canvas. It is also beautiful on 25 count linen and is approximately equivalent in size to cotton perle #5. Twisted more tightly than cotton perle, this silk perle has the sparkle and strength that cotton lacks. 10 yard skein.

Hand-dyed 12 ply spun silk. 6 yard skein. Easily divided, it fits beautifully on many fabric and canvas sizes. Four plies work well on 18 count canvas, two plies cover 18 count fabric for cross stitch. Also use two plies for cross stitch over two threads on 28 count fabric. Cosmo 6 strand embroidery floss is made from the best grade of Egyptian Cotton, which is why it has a texture equal to that of silk with its luxurious sheen. It has an amazing level of color retention and its discoloring levels are barely able to be detected. 100% cotton, 6 strands, 8 meters (aprox 8.75 yards).

This 100% mercerized cotton is very soft. It has no stretch, making it a wonderful bobbin thread. 40/2 ply, Tex 27. Prewound L Style bobbin. Fits most commercial embroidery machines and many home machines. Paper-sided.
