Hand-dyed 3 strand pima cotton with the same versatility as Persian wool. For needlepoint use one ply on 18 count, two plies on 13 count canvas. Also known as a blending filament, this fine, sparkly metallic thread is available in a wide variety of colors. When used in the same needle with silk or cotton it bonds to whatever else you put it with.

Is not slippery to use in hand embroidery. Several plies can be put together in the same needle to achieve desired coverage on fabric or canvas. 50 meter spools.

Cosmo 6 strand embroidery floss is made from the best grade of Egyptian Cotton, which is why it has a texture equal to that of silk with its luxurious sheen. It has an amazing level of color retention and its discoloring levels are barely able to be detected. 100% cotton, 6 strands, 8 meters (aprox 8.75 yards).
