I bought this storage pouch to use as a project bag and its working out perfectly holds all the stuff I need while working on my cross stitch project. I really like this bag and will be purchasing more in the near future.

Fits all the contents of my large Riolis kit (1779) perfectly, I had to fold the giant fabric in thirds to fit which is totally fine. All of it feels like great quality, I don't really bring liquids near my projects but the zipper leaves a very small hole when zipped closed that I doubt would let a project get ruined. Measures more like 13.5" x 10". Would buy more!

At first I was worried I chose too big a bag but this is perfect! It fits my 8x8 Q-Snap frame, a couple printed out patterns, and all my thread for my current project. I've not tested the waterproof aspect but will say I think it would stand up to spills or being placed on a wet surface. Very happy with the purchase.
