from United States on 09/28/2022 - Impressed This is my first Tulip needle purchase. I'm also fairly new to needlework, so not a ton of experience with various brands. Gotta say I'm pretty impressed though. I'm really easy on needles and can keep up with the same one for years. I've tried several brands but the coating wears off too quickly and they end up tarnished. Sometimes in just a matter of a few days. This Tulip needle I've been using daily for a few weeks now still has the gold on it. It glides smoothly thru the 28 count fabric. No snags of the fabric or breaking of the needle. These come highly recommended by several needlework bloggers & YouTube channels. For needles, they're pricey. But not so that they break the bank. The little tube they come in is really handy for storage and it's clearly labeled. So if you buy multiple sizes, you'll know what each tube contains. I'm very happy with these needles.

The gold eye assists you in threading the needle and they glide through fabric with great ease. They are the only brand I purchase. Give them a try, you'll not be disappointed.
