Cross Stitch PatternsIt's a cold, snowy winter afternoon. Snow, which has fallen for several days, has filled the backyard of the house which borders the forest. To keep the forest animals from going hungry, Brenda has left food beneath the Winter Rose, which bloomed despite the heavy snowfall and cold. She's also hung bird food/seeds on the tree branches for the birds and squirrels. As the sun sets, the only witness to the rabbits and deer coming out of the forest for food is the Winter Rose, which bloomed white and purple but partially frosted.
Pattern is stitched on 32 ct Belfast Linen Affogato 2 over 2 with DMC, Week Dye Works, and Classic Colorworks floss. Stitch count is 182 x 189 with a finished size of 11.5" x 8".
