Needlepoint Silk is reeled, not spun, making the filaments longer and of higher quality. They manufacture their own silk, allowing them to maintain quality and insure availability. 5 meters, 8 ply.

Hand-dyed 12 ply spun silk. 6 yard skein. Easily divided, it fits beautifully on many fabric and canvas sizes. Four plies work well on 18 count canvas, two plies cover 18 count fabric for cross stitch. Also use two plies for cross stitch over two threads on 28 count fabric. Good for surface embellishment on quilts.

73 yard balls. Size 8 offers a balanced thickness ideal for embroidery, wool applique, sashiko, and fine decorative stitching with smooth coverage.

Cosmo 6 strand embroidery floss is made from the best grade of Egyptian Cotton, which is why it has a texture equal to that of silk with its luxurious sheen. It has an amazing level of color retention and its discoloring levels are barely able to be detected. 100% cotton, 6 strands, 8 meters (aprox 8.75 yards).
