Note from the designer - This sewing case folds like a book and has a mattress-style pincushion on the inside. Also on the inside of the case is a place for holding a special pair of scissors and two needlepages. The verse on the sewing case back reads May beauty and grace enrich each day.

The model was stitched on 32 Ct. Smokey Pearl linen using overdyed threads from Classic Colorworks and The Gentle Art (Sampler Threads). DMC substitutions are provided for the overdyed silk threads.

Stitches used: backstitch, cross stitch, cross stitch over one linen thread, half cross stitch, satin stitch, straight stitch, and tent stitch Stitching directions, charts, stitch diagrams, and detailed assembly instruction are included.
