DMC Floche is non-stranded embroidery thread, so it can be used without separating it into smaller individual strands. Floche is equivalent to 2 strands of regular DMC floss.
Cosmo 6 strand embroidery floss is made from the best grade of Egyptian Cotton, which is why it has a texture equal to that of silk with its luxurious sheen. It has an amazing level of color retention and its discoloring levels are barely able to be detected. 100% cotton, 6 strands, 8 meters (aprox 8.75 yards).
