While I enjoy looking all around me in the world (such as carpets and wall decor), for cross stitch design inspiration, sometimes I just need to remember to look up. When I did one day, I was looking at a beautiful stained glass ceiling. The geometry appealed to me and I knew a pattern inspired by it would emerge.

Model stitched on 32 count Twilight linen from Weeks Dye Works using five Classic Colorworks threads: Betty Bluebell (2 skeins needed), Clay Pot (1 skein needed), Chopped Chives (1 skein needed), Weathervane (3 skeins needed), and Eggshell (3 skeins needed) Stitch count is 153 x 153. Finished size is 9.5" x 9.5".
