I've tried these on several different pairs of scissors. They don't stay on very well if the scissors are jostled or moved around without being mindful of the tip cover.

I have been using knitting needle protectors but they are round and bulky in my project bag. These fit so nicely and they don't slip off like the knitting needle ones do sometimes. They have a nice price and are bright colors so you can find them easily.
