This is a continuation of the "Going to" series with - Going to Market -I had this done last August but really wanted to save it for the Nashville Needlework Market.
Pattern is stitched on 40 ct Zweigart Vintage Country Mocha using Gentle Art & Weeks Dye Works with DMC floss. Stitch count: 111 x 78. Finished size is 5.55 in wide X 3.9 in high.
Cross stitch pattern from Sambrie Stitches features a fun play on the song "Up on the House Top" but with chickens; "Up on the Coop Top, Cluck! Cluck! Cluck!".
Pattern is stitched on 18ct Aida using DMC threads. Stitch Count 70 x 71. Finished size is 3.89 in wide X 3.94 in high.
This set of 3 Pinkeeps are a re-release from a Pattern Book that was published in 2009.
It has been out of print for many years now. But these little Pinkeeps are just too fun not to bring back.
All 3 Pinkeeps are stitched on 32 count Wichelt Linen ~Natural~ with DMC threads.
Cross stitch pattern from Stitching With The Housewives featuring a red bicycle, hens, egss, and daisies.
The model was stitched over 2 threads on 28 Ct. black evenweave fabric with Classic Colorworks floss. Stitch Count: 98x70 each. Finished size: 7" x 5" each.
Don't you love the sound of hippity, hop. I do and I see hopping bunnies around and playing chicks in the spring. With those words, this design came to mind.
