I couldn't resist the urge to create another Quaker Stocking after the enthusiasm I saw for my Quaker Christmas Stocking! This new piece uses the exact same linen and silks as the Christmas stocking.

It is stitched on 40-Count Wheat linen from Fiber on a Whim using Needlepoint Silks. Stitch count is 173 x 447. Finished size is 8.65" x 22.35".

This charming design is a loose reproduction of an antique fraktur. I love how unusual it is and especially love the lady working on her sampler!

I found these sweet small frames at my local Michael's Store about a year ago and knew they needed samplers. I immediately posted a photo of them on Instagram encouraging stitchers to grab them up. I've been wanting to do a small sampler with an antique look and finally did it!
