This is part of a 9 chart series of Gulf Coast Treasures. They Each measure in at about 3 inches (stitch count 50x50) so they are perfect as little ornaments, bowl fillers, or stitch all 9 together.
The models were stitched on 32ct "Dwarf" linen from Picture this plus and finished by Starry Nights Studio where you can also purchase the fabric covered mounting board.
This Reflets de Soie pattern, worked in red, features a bird in the center and is shown finished as a pillow.
Chart recommends 36 or 40 ct. Natural linen, using Soie d'Alger thread. DMC equivalent is 814. Stitch count is 201 x 201.

So fun to do these pieces, my continuing love affair with flower bouquets! I enjoyed the soft colors of spring and it is only cross stitched no specialty stitches.
