Garden Belle was inspired by my Flower Farm design. I really wanted to stitch more flowers, especially droopy flowers, after stitching on Flower Farm. Garden Belle incorporates a lot of beads in different sizes to add some extra texture and sparkle.

A garden in all it's glory! Blooms reaching for the sky. The oasis is filled with clever creatures of the earth and the sky. It is a stitcher's joy to create every element with needle and thread.

Stitched on 32 ct. linen with Classic Colorworks and Weeks Dye Works floss. The stitch count is 180 x 72 and the finished size is 11.25" x 4.5".

Tomatoes are growing on the vine in this Plum Street Sampler design. Shown finished as a pincushion.

The model was stitched over two threads on 36 Ct. Cafe au Lait with Weeks Dye Works, Classic Colorworks & DMc floss. Stitch Count: 57W x 68H. Finished Size: 3.17w x 3.78h.

This sampler design features a gardener watering her tomato vine, surrounded by all the letters of the alphabet.

The model was stitched over two threads on 36 Ct. Affogato by Fiber on a Whim with Weeks Dye Works, Classic Colorworks, and DMC floss. Stitch Count: 129W x 109H. Finished Size: 7.17w x 6.06h.

Note from the designer: It started with the request to teach at Shepherd's Bush and the theme was garden. My brain went to our love of samplers and flowers. I envisioned alphabets dancing in the garden. There will be one for each season for a total of four different charts.

Stitch count is 162 x 49. Finished size is 2.75 x 9" stitched on 36 ct Flax.
