This piece is part of a greater series, the first being Joy Be Thine, now this one and one still in teaching circulation Stitches Be Sweet, there will be another teaching piece in this set called Count Be Correct with a short saying with it like the others. Finished Size 8 x 9 3/4" on 40 ct Stitch Count 163 x 195.
Sheep and stitching just seem to go together.always a fun theme to work with. This one too is set in the Stitch Box type layout. Design size is 3 1/2 x 4 on 32 ct. for the largest piece with 2 smalls on the side and one long one on the bottom, which holds the ruler on the back. The piece is stitched on 32 ct Wren by Picture This Plus. Stitch counts are 59 x 65, 31 x 31, and 28 x 95.
How could I not continue this fun series. We have a fat bumblebee who hardly looks like he can fly and he will have a squirrel friend to come soon, this year yet too. Continues in the same size approx. design count-60 wide and high, but rounded corners. The piece was stitched on 40 ct Hawthorne by Needle & Flax. Stitch count is 57 x 59.
So fun to do these pieces, my continuing love affair with flower bouquets! I enjoyed the soft colors of spring and it is only cross stitched no specialty stitches.
