The moment we created our "Strawberries & Rhubarb" fabric collection, I knew it was time that we designed a strawberry quilt to accompany it. It had to be simple to piece and unique, and I was up for the challenge. I'm so pleased with the movement and design pop!
This modern quilt pattern from Basic Grey uses a fat eighths bundle and some yardage to make this spectacular quilt. Finished quilt measures 70" square; finished block measures 7" square.
Fabric Requirements:
Nine fat quarters for the strawberries
Two 1/2-yard pieces of green for stems and leaves
3 3/4 yards for the background, sashing, borders
1/2 yard green for the inside border
1/2 yard for the binding
3 1/2 yards for the backing
