Model stitched over 2 threads on 40 Ct. "linen" colored linen from Weeks Dye Works with Gentle Art Sampler threads. Stitch Count: 237W x 670H. Finished size: 11.85" x 33.5".
Model stitched on 36 Ct. "beige" colored linen from Weeks Dye Works usong Weeks Dye Works threads with DMC conversions. Stitch Count: 287W x 295H. Finished size 16" x 16.5".

The original sampler was stitched in 1812 in Troy, N.Y. The reproduction model was stitched on an Antique White #28 linen over one thread. The stitch count is: 80 W x 109 H and the finished size over one is: 2.8" W x 3.8" H. The following colors were used: Weeks Dye Works - Kentucky Bluegrass and Verdigris, and Hickory Sticks and Tiny Vine from Classic Colorworks.
Two models are shown in the booklet - one worked on #36 linen over two and another on #28 linen over one in red. A perfect gift for Anglophiles and travelers who have been to England.
