This design was inspired by the many farms in Pennsylvania and the utter peace you feel just gazing at them from afar.

This piece is stitched on 40-Count Thornfield from Needle & Flax using Needlepoint Silks. The Stitch Count is: 197 Wide by 165 High.

Years and years ago, I designed a piece called Pennsylvania Pinwheel. It was a Carriage House samplings design and a few months ago I saw a photo of it on someone's blog and loved the motion I saw in the design. I just had to recreate that feeling!

Elisabeth LeConte, 1786 is a reproduction of an antique sampler I found here in Maryland. This was a teaching piece at the 2023 Sunshine Stitchers Retreat in Florida last spring.

My reproduction is stitched on 40-Count Hawthorne linen from Fiber on a Whim using Needlepoint Silks. The stitch count is 197 Wide by 167 High.

I couldn't resist the urge to create another Quaker Stocking after the enthusiasm I saw for my Quaker Christmas Stocking! This new piece uses the exact same linen and silks as the Christmas stocking.

It is stitched on 40-Count Wheat linen from Fiber on a Whim using Needlepoint Silks. Stitch count is 173 x 447. Finished size is 8.65" x 22.35".

This charming design is a loose reproduction of an antique fraktur. I love how unusual it is and especially love the lady working on her sampler!

I've been wanting to do a small sampler with an antique look and finally did it!

The sampler is stitched on 40-Count Sapphire linen from Fiber on a Whim using Needlepoint Silks. Stitch count is 77 x 63. Finished size is 3.85" x 3.15".
