Note from the Designer: This was my first time working with the Valdani 6-strand embroidery floss and I love the way it shows off the subtle variegation in the birds and flowers. The design features several colors of coneflower and a trio of songbirds who enjoy them.

For this year's Holiday Card I went back to my Montana roots with a bison. And the cozy sweater was such fun to stitch! The border is all seasonal greens, berries and pine cones, making this a quick winter stitch of a beloved western icon.
